Medical Aid And Payment Information
Smileworx is contracted out by most medical aids. We submit claims directly on your behalf to Discovery Health (excluding KeyCare, Smart Plans and Basic plans), CAMAF, and Profmed. For all other medical aids and for patients without medical aid, payment is required on the day of service. We will provide you with a detailed statement that you can then submit to your medical aid for reimbursement. Our team is happy to assist you with any questions regarding payments and claims.
