Welcome & Paperwork
Our friendly reception team will greet you and help you with any initial paperwork.
Consultation
You will meet with Dr Madden to discuss your dental history, any concerns you have, and your goals for your smile.
Discussion of Findings
We will explain our findings in clear, simple terms and present you with all your treatment options.
Treatment Plan & Quotation
A personalised treatment plan and transparent quotation will be prepared for your review. If you have an immediate problem, we will address it during this visit.

Medical Aid and Payment Information
Smileworx is contracted out by most medical aids. We submit claims directly on your behalf to Discovery Health (excluding KeyCare, Smart Plans and Basic plans), CAMAF, and Profmed. For all other medical aids and for patients without medical aid, payment is required on the day of service. We will provide you with a detailed statement that you can then submit to your medical aid for reimbursement. Our team is happy to assist you with any questions regarding payments and claims.
